It's been AAAAGGGGESSS since I've been on DA but it doesn't mean I havn't been busy taking photo's.

I'm just on the verge of graduating from the University of East London and have had a hell of a year.  So making up for my lack of journal entries this year below is a quick summary of what I've been upto:

Had the opportunity to assist some amazing photographers
Been building up client's and contacts and have been working with some brilliant and inspiring people
Been hired to shoot in clubs including Cafe de Paris and Sound in central London
Involved in teaching photography and photoshop classes in East and Central London
Have had shoots in England, Germany and France.
Have had shoots with interesting and creative people including dancers, gymnasts, free runners/traceurs, singers, bands, models, actors, performers, dj's etc
had fun doing it!

...and at the moment I am preparing for my graduation exhibition's and stepping into the real world of full time photographer.

In summary
new house,
new job(s)
new uni year

After a bast**d of a house hunt I seem to have fallen on my feet as I'm living with a pro photographer and two students... and get this.... there's  a darkroom in the basement expect alota film from me this year and a bitta direction...

....the last few years of study I've experimented with whatever I want when I want across all mediums and styles but this year I'm going to set myself a goal and mainly stick to that discipline.  Still gotta finalize what that will be but I'm drifting towards landscape/architecture photography.  Whatever I choose I hope to turn it into my main income when I graduate.  

Job wize I've got a trial shoot coming up at a studio in Shepard's bush shooting fashion photography,  I've also got some more weddings lined up for a bitta ' pocket money' including one next week. The odd freelance jobs here and there are starting to mount up, I just got commissioned to shoot at 100% Design exhibition meaning I get free entry and I get paid to shoot there   I've also got a commission on Thursday to shoot at the Choreographers ball, a club in London for a dance award showcase evening acknowledging the people behind dance routeens on music videos, theatre shows etc.... really random things but I'm loving the variety and it pays the rent

It's been a very demotivational summer but now I'm back in London things are starting to fall into place and life's starting to become busy again, just the way I like it ......now I've just gotta finish this damn dissertation :s

I'm also trying to stick to uploading an average of a deviation a day too, no matter what it is
