It's the studio at my uni, I booked it out for the morning.
The way I got studio time before coming to uni was to ask around, get friendly with some pros and ametures and managed to use their studios. Just ask around. Maybe ask your local colleges and unis if you can do an evening course so you get access to their facilities or talk to students....
